This could absolutely save you in a lot of situations. I didn't do this before we booked our moving company, but we later saw there were 23 complaints against them for doing the same thing that they did to us. Yelp reviews are easy to fake, but filing a complaint with the bureau can be time consuming. If they have complaints listed here, something went very wrong.
