S02E06: Brandon Brooks (The Idiot's Podcast)

In this week's episode, Alex is joined by his friend Brandon Brooks, a fellow car enthusiast from Cincnnati. Brandon and his friends host The Idiot's Podcast. The Idiot's Podcast is a podcast about funny current events, random news articles and have a laugh along the way. In all, it is a great podcast hosted by great people. In Alex's opinion, it is one of his favorite forms of entertainment... just don't listen to it with your mother in the room. On Cars & Bids, Alex selects a 2013 Mini JCW GP - a limited-run track-focused Mini. It is a cool car, but also one that just does not make a ton of sense. Brooks goes for an immaculate 1999 Mercedes-Benz SL600 that screams 90's nostalgia. Following this, they talk about the new Ferrari Purosangue - a name that Alex finally learns how to pronounce correctly. They also discuss Aston Martin's plans to keep the V12 around and finish by going over just how laughable the fuel economy is on the new Oshkosh mail truck. Thanks for tuning in!
