Located in Townsend, NSW, you'll find Sanctus Brewing. The name 'Sanctus' is Latin for 'Holy' and refers to the brewery being located in 'God's Country'. A reference to the beautiful area the brewery (and distillery) is built in. Dale (the brewer) takes us on an epic tour of the facility that's recently undergone some impressive upgrades and expansion, including a very flash canning line, the first of its kind in Australia.
