Heal That Sh*t! Part 1

In this episode of AuntiesRoommate Podcast I sit down with mental health advocate Cordeny Lewis and we discuss dating while healing from trauma and the importance of healing before dating. So many of us date to heal and then we tend to not be cautious on top of that. Now here we are, adding more trauma/stress/hurt on top of the trauma we've already been ignoring. Not many people can have a healthy dating life and work on healing at the same time. Sometimes, it's best to just focus on one thing at a time... HEALING ! Let's stop dating to heal and learn how to heal to date. I think that would serve a lot better. *Special Note: I am so happy to be back, I missed you guys! I hope you all enjoy this episode. *If you are ever feeling depressed or suicidal you do not have to deal with it alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether it's talking to a therapist, counselor, or calling a crisis hotline, there are people who care about you and want to help you through this difficult time. Remember that you are not alone and there is always hope for a brighter tomorrow. Don't be afraid to ask for help and take the first step towards healing. Your mental health is important and you deserve to feel better. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline  1-800-273-TALK (8255) For more resources visit Surviving Concrete
