This is the perfect reframe if you feel like routines and responsibilities are cages

Welcome to my late night Ted-Talk.

I wanted to share this big realization that came through for me after very vulnerably sharing weekly horoscopes for the first time... I had a huge moment of panic when I realized that I was committing to writing horoscopes every week. I then went on to realize that whenever I am creating a routine or a responsibility in the form of a commitment, my subconscious mind thinks I'm literally building myself a cage...

What began as a fear of consistency turned into a major breakthrough for me and so I needed to talk about it immediately -- hence the frownies and late-night (for me) tea.

In this episode we'll talk about:

why routines and consistency feel like a cage and how to shift the energy
how routines can be nourishing
how responsibility can actually be an opportunity to love
