In this solo episode, I decided to record a messy episode in the midst of feeling paralyzed by fear… fear of showing up imperfectly, fear of not doing a good job… the list goes on.
I'm sitting here thinking... this is just being human. I’m fearing what it’s like to be a human being online. I show up like this in my daily life, with my family and friends, and so why can’t I show up like this with you guys? What feels unsafe about it? Well, basically everything, but when I break it down it feels a bit easier to stomach and so here I am, with this vulnerable and messy episode.
I am very bored of feeling paralyzed by perfectionism and fear of the unknown, so I decided to just dive in with this one and I appreciate you sooo much for being here with me.
