On this episode of Audio Judo Does Jazz, Chris talks about legendary jazz saxophonist Charlie “Yard Bird” Parker, a hugely influential figure in the development of bebop jazz. He’s noted for his incredibly fast solos and for bringing ideas like rapidly passing chords, variations of altered chords, and chord substitutions to jazz.
