I really hated it when people would make it seem like because I was young I didn’t matter and what I thought didn’t count. I let people look down on me and by extension, started looking down on myself and that made me limit myself.
Today we’re talking about how buying into that narrative is complete rubbish. Yes, I said it’s rubbish. We’re focusing on 1 Timothy 4:12 which encourages us not to let other people look down on us because we’re young, but to step up and be examples to these people with our lives.
BTW: me and English were in a struggle while I was recording this episode so whatever you hear, you take like that 💀
