But then I discovered an instagram profile called Clear & Cheer that's run by a declutterer called Gemma Louise who works along side neurodivergent people helping them sort through the chaos in their homes and restore some order. Gemma was great to chat with and definitely gave me more than a few handy hints on how to reclaim a bit of order in my house and hopefully you can gain some too!
