Our goal is to connect Athletes, Parents, Coaches, Athletic Directors and anybody with a passion for sports. Our mission is to educate and promote the Education-Based Athletics philosophy. Sports is more than the result on the scoreboard. It is a metaphor for life and the skills learned through sports directly transfer to anything we do down the road. More important than creating better athletes is to create better people. With our podcast, we interview interesting people in the world of sports and ask them about their experiences and to get their unique perspective on the lessons they learned through sports.

Matt and Nick from the Globetrotting ADs: Developing Quality Programs
We interviewed the Globetrottin' ADs Nick DeForest and Matt Flemming - The Globetrottin' ADs have made an impact on the International school scene over the last months. They have created a platform for athletic directors, activity coordinators, coaches, teachers and friends within the international school community. We talked about their reasoning for starting their online platform, their podcast, the conferences they have hosted and their upcoming student-leadership conference. We asked them for tips and tricks for our improving the Athletics for Life podcast and how to start a podcast. Both Nick and Matt are involved in creating and teaching the NIAAA International courses. We talked about the benefits of joining the NIAAA and the new International certifications. We want to thank Matt and Nick for their inspiration, support and all efforts in supporting the educational-based athletics philosophy.
