Sports is more than the result on the scoreboard. It is a metaphor for life and the skills learned through sports directly transfer to anything we do down the road. More important than creating better athletes is to create better people. With our podcast, we interview interesting people in the world of sports and ask them about their experiences and to get their unique perspective on the lessons they learned through sports.
