Our goal is to connect Athletes, Parents, Coaches, Athletic Directors and anybody with a passion for sports. Our mission is to educate and promote the Education-Based Athletics philosophy. Sports is more than the result on the scoreboard. It is a metaphor for life and the skills learned through sports directly transfer to anything we do down the road. More important than creating better athletes is to create better people. With our podcast, we interview interesting people in the world of sports and ask them about their experiences and to get their unique perspective on the lessons they learned through sports.

We interviewed Buyanaa Boldbaatar - Buyanaa is an alumnus from the International School of Ulaanbaatar and is currently enrolled at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. We talked with Buyanaa about his participation in high school athletics, his transition from Mongolia to the USA and the life lessons that he learned from the US Naval Academy. Buyanaa talks about his 'WHY', he is not only attending the US Naval Academy for his own benefits but he is there to represent his home country of Mongolia. An inspirational story of character, will, determination and resilience.
