The course goes over the theory around what is happening; the nervous system, the hormones, the system changes, and will teach you training principles around working with peri and menopausal women. In 2025, Kat and Sarah will be taking the programs they teach in the course, and testing them in a 6-month research project. Listen in to hear more about what Kat and Sarah have been up to!
