Each episode is hosted by a certified AOBT Unfreezing workshop facilitator who will connect with Children’s senior leaders and subject matter experts to discuss specific culture concepts in depth. Join host Dr. Amy Romashko as she discusses filters and selective perception with Dr. Mike Levas, Attending Physician in the EDTC and co-chair of the ID&E Provider team, and Ronda Marwa, Manager of Child Welfare in our community services group, and a social worker in the EDTC.
