The duo discuss the importance of self-care for caregivers, how they can properly practice self care and managing expectations as they take on the rewarding, yet grueling role of being a caregiver for a loved one.

Levine is a program director for Dementia Alliance of NC.

The organization seeks to improve the lives of North Carolinians impacted by dementia as well as empower their caregivers through support, education and research.
