And my pre performance technique definitely being aware of body language.....
So being in power poses as opposed to submissive self soothing protective ones is helpful
As far as mental state, running thru the set seeing the end result as happy n easy n fun... ie: LIVING in the END
Seeing it going well.
Remembering it's ok the f up that's gunna make it funnier/more authentic.
So yeah jus bein gentle, organized and positive with your self.... Are what I'd normally do whilest standing like I belong there. “
