S1 E2 Sandra talks about her rehabilitation following her elective amputation at the RNOH. Sandra was introduced to the pool and gym at Aspire by her physiotherapists and now attends the intermediate badminton class on a Saturday morning. Sandra is a member of OPUS (link below) and the Leisure Centre Customer Forum Committee.
