A lot of people are now having a late diagnosis of Autism and Asperger's Syndrome as adults. This is difficult for some people to know what to do after a diagnosis or how to get an autism diagnosis. So, I am here to help you out with the steps to take in getting a diagnosis. Hi. I'm Aspie Answers and I'm from NZ. I have Aspergers Syndrome which's now officially called autism or autism spectrum disorder from the DSM-5 the diagnosis was replaced in 2013. I make videos as an advocate, educator, navigator that's navigating through life with autism myself as well as mental health from the perspective of an autistic adult. I share my lived experiences with autism and mental health along with taking you all on a journey with me to help other autistics, autistic families, or anyone to help improve the understanding of autism and mental health. I also create videos of my lived experiences to help EVERYONE improve their understanding of autism and mental health.
