[Session 2] As we continue our theme of the natural world with Ian Banyard, we’ll learn the benefits of exercising the senses. Ian will use a combination of movement and mindful attention to give the senses a workout in this session. We’ll connect to what we see, feel and hear in nature.
Using the senses can guide us to a state of relaxed alertness, connect more deeply with the natural world and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Remember, try to do the programme in order and do session one and this session before you move on. If you’ve done the running session, there’s no need to also do walking, but you can switch between the two.
