We're so back. This is an episode about what went down in my life over the past few years. Just a heads up, it's heavy stuff, and I want to throw out a content warning because we're diving into the loss of my mom to pancreatic cancer.

I'm sharing why I took a long hiatus. It's been a lot – dealing with grief, confronting my own mind, and facing some tough moments with poor coping mechanisms.
