hello friends and welcome to the inaugural episode of my new baby, the #AsTold podcast! i am very nervous to be putting this out there because i also know it’s not as great as i want it to be yet - but in time i will grow and get better and i owe that growth to myself and in order to get there, we need to just start.

so please excuse my nasally voice, unfocused camera and rambling while i lose my train of thought… we’ll get there!
