In today's episode, let's talk about "That Girl!" She's a recent trend on social media, but she's also represents the IT girl, the girl we all secretly want to be. She has the best outfits, the cutest shoes, she wakes up easily at 5 am and works out 4-5 times a week. She's mindful - she meditates and journals. She's popular - she has the prettiest and coolest friends. 

Being "That Girl" is an impossible standard. No matter how much we try, let's be real - perfection is an impossible standard to meet. 

So in today's episode, let's talk about why I don't want to be "That Girl" and instead, I want to be a different type of girl. A girl who is kind, considerate, and loves God. A girl who is intentional in her friendships, her prioritizes healing and loving others. Let's sit down and chat and discuss the 5 intentions or goals I've written down to become my version of "That Girl".
