In this week's episode, I talk about my own personal testimony dealing with body dysmorphia, eating disorders, and my path to recovery. From age 12/13 to age 18, I struggled with disordered eating and I still struggle with body dysmorphia to this day. 

This week's episode was a hard one for me to record, but it was also a very healing + monumental episode in my own personal life. For a while, I felt shame and guilt talking about my body struggles, eating disorder or lacking self confidence, but as I've grown confidence in Christ, I've slowly been freed from the shame/guilt that silenced me to talk about this before. If you're listening to this or reading this, please know how beautiful and loved you are. You were formed and made with a purpose and a plan and you weren't made as a mistake. There are people who love you and care for you and can help you with this journey. This isn't a journey you want to embrace alone and it's better to surround yourself with trusted loved ones and experts to accompany you and help you through this challenging time.
