He distinguishes between reactions and responses, encouraging openness to learning and improvement, and highlights the importance of feedback for identifying areas for growth.

During the 26th Annual 'Can Do' Workshop held by Ullas Trust, Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect, shared a story about a young boy named Swami who explored various rooms in a purple-coloured house in his village. The event took place in Chennai on September 30, 2023, and was attended by more than 1,100 students from Class IX in government and corporation schools.
