Laura opened up and shared her personal story, the importance community service, and her upcoming WOCAX Juneteenth event . We learned how her work as an educator and work in the community helped shift her mindset from money over people, to finding her true purpose, which lead to Laura forming The 3rd. The 3rd is an incredibly impactful nonprofit organization focused on empowering women of color entrepreneurs in the Columbia Maryland community.
