The podcast is designed to highlight new artists, explore non-traditional artist subjects, and offer a voice to those who are experimenting with art for the first time. There is a certain magic that comes with discovery and each episode highlights that magic. By giving people a safe environment to share, the goal is to motivate, excite, and inspire others to create.

Mark is a PMI-Certified Program Director with over twenty years of deep experience leading strategic business and technology initiatives, product development, and team building in industry-leading organizations. He is a PMO leader in project office design and deployment, including enterprise project and resource management, portfolio tools, training and services delivery. Mark also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification where he applies Lean process re-engineering, Agile transformation and Organizational Change Management to corporate programs and quality initiatives.
