In this episode we look back on the opening game of the new Premier League season which saw Arsenal grind out a 1-0 win over Man Utd at Old Trafford. The result can't be argued with, but there's been a lot of discussion about the performance. We chat about how much that matters, in the context of the venue, the first game of the season, the pressure on Arsenal from all quarters, and the team maybe having to learn a slightly new way of playing. There's analysis of transition moments which didn't work out as well as Mikel Arteta would like, praise for the defensive side of the performance, and listener questions about our pressing game, the possibility of more signings before the window closes, Jakub Kiwior's future, the captaincy vote and lots more.
