if you've been fortunate enough to not experience grief (how are you alive) then you might not relate to this episode. but soon or later, life will chuck a tough sitch at you and you might wanna revisit this episode. at some point or another, we deal with grief and loss. it's inevitable. i recently lost my dog who we had for 15 years. i experienced almost my entire life with her. today i want to talk about what i've learned and how to overcome the intense feelings that come with grief. and also to tell you about a foot peeling mask i purchased and how it's going. thanks for listening and we will chat next time xo !!!!!
