Trini Kwan - The Power Rangers

In this episode, we walk about what motherhood means for a character after they're gone, along with a tremendous discussion about one of the most influential series for the past 30+ years. We're discussing Trini Kwan, the original Yellow Ranger from the television series Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and the related special, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always.

There's so much Rangers history that I needed to invite on a guest who literally wrote the book on the series, and the outstanding Joshua Moore (author, Morphenomenal: How the Power Rangers Conquered the World) answered the call. We talk about the suits, the zords, and the way in which motherhood and activism go hand in hand as we answer the question: is Trini our mother?
