"Inside Shift" is a bonus episode series recorded at Space Group's annual _Shift conference. The conference brings together industry leaders and "empowered agents of change" to discuss strategies for decarbonising the built environment. I was lucky enough to interview all of the speakers and panellists at this year's conference.

In this episode, I interview John Elkington, founder & chief Pollinator at Volans.

John is one of the founders of the global sustainability movement. He has worked as a strategic advisor to businesses across the globe for 50 years and has co-founded four businesses since 1978. In 1994, John coined the phrase; ‘Triple Bottom Line,’ and in 1995 the popularisation ‘People, Planet and Profit’. His advocacy for corporate responsibility and sustainable development has inspired countless leaders, policymakers, and organisations to rethink their strategies for long-term success.
