In this new episode, we are pleased to introduce you to Lisa M. Marcuzzi, General Manager of ArcelorMittal and Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs, Legal and ED&I, ESG at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. On top of her several areas of responsibilities, Lisa has been leading ED&I since Sept. 2020. She and her team have engaged on a robust roadmap to guide ArcelorMittal Dofasco to build on equality, to seek out diversity, and to actively include everyone in the workplace. With humility and kindness, Lisa is sharing the key learnings of her several missions.
