We’re thrilled to welcome Manzo Edits on our label’s cable mix series, dedicated to record labels and their owners. The new episode is curated by the Manzo Edits, a vinyl-only imprint started by Black Pomade in 2023, focused on cheeky, club-ready reworks that pack punch and groove without overcomplicating things. Each release features a tight selection of dubby edits, often rooted in obscure disco, Italian oddities, and sample-heavy funk cuts. While the label has deep roots in Italy and Portugal, support from DJs and collectors has been strong in many other places, including Japan and the UK. Manzo is fun, is raw, and it doesn’t take itself too seriously, but it always delivers on the floor.
