The Phantom Barber
During the height of World War II, Pascagoula, Mississippi residents found themselves acting as key players in the war. After specific attacks in the area, even blackout regulations were modified so police could better investigate. Who was the person that came to be known as the Phantom Barber and what caused him to commit such unique attacks?    Instagram: @ammpod Twitter: @ammpod1 TikTok: @ammpod Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Appalachianmm/ Contact us at: appalachianmm@gmail.com Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrmPdQzD63J_u6oqfpWxqSg
