Episode 4 - Honouring Ancestors

A special episode for Samhain with a special priestess guest, Paula Bowen from Oklahoma USA. We recorded this on Samhain Eve, 30th October. Though ofcourse many celebrate Samhain on the Cross Quarter date of 7th November. Either way, this sharing is intended to support your journey into the Otherworldly gateway of this darkening time. (In the Northern Hemisphere that is!)

We talk about the different types of ancestors, the special rituals you can create to connect with them and Paula's experiences of honouring hers.

I share my insights about ancestors of tradition (spiritual) and the ways in which we are guided and influenced by them, through spiritual practices.
