Resilience Beyond a Mental Skill with Seda Erkman
"You can't move forward in life leaving your body behind."
In this episode, I am joined by dear Seda Erkman who very generously shares not only her wisdom and practices but also her own story of how resilience has evolved in her life.
Seda Erkman is a psychologist, yoga teacher, and healer who weaves together psychology, somatic work, and spiritual practices to support people’s resilience and wellbeing. She has been working one-on-one with clients for many years.
Seda holds a BA in Psychology from Brown University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU. Alongside her academic foundation, she completed a three-year Gestalt Coaching Training Program and has been working one-on-one with clients for many years.
She’s also a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with over a decade of experience, trained in Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Shamanic practices. Today she combines these modalities to support her clients’ mental, emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing—helping them live more from their worth, not their wounds.
She offers sessions in London, Istanbul, and online.
