What Builds Our Unique Resilience?
In Episode 2, I'm joined by Therese Joyce, founder of Snow Daisy who brings her unique experience and perspective on resilience.
Therese Joyce is a coach, consultant, and clown, with extensive leadership experience and a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology. She spent nine years asPrincipal of an international school in Toronto and four years as Associate Director at the Centre for Wellbeing Science at the University of Melbourne.
A passionate traveller, she has visited 64 countries so far and is fascinated by how humans communicate, understand emotions, and bring kindness into the way we work.
Therese is the founder of Snow Daisy, an organisation helping people work better together. She's worked across education, health, local government, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors. She also facilitates the Asia PacificInternational Positive Psychology Association's Workplace and Organisations Community of Practice.
When she's not working or traveling, Therese plays drums in anAfro-Brazilian percussion band and trains in physical theatre.
Together, we explore resilience from multiple angles:
