To say that Richard is a ray of sunshine is an understatement. He is someone that you just can’t help but feel at ease an invited to be your full self around. Richard is known, by many, as the “unofficial” gay mayor of Round Rock Texas. He founded their first pride in 2022, along with a wonderful board and many many volunteers. It was a success. Richard came out much later in life, and yet has made a meaningful impact

along the way, never meeting a stranger. These are just a few areas that Richard has helped with;
