Laowa’s new Argus 35 mm F 0.95 lens has been released and the images and video being shown is pretty darn special !Laowa Argus 35 mm f/0.95 FF is the fastest 35 mm and widest f/0.95 lens in the market. The optical performance is maximised by incorporating 1 ED glass element, 1 aspherical lens element and 4 high-refractive-index glass materials. $899 usd or $1250 aud is pretty reasonable for what you get form this gorgeous lens. Nice round bokeh and the low is crazy @cameraconspiricies had it on a A7Siii in the pitch black in a street with 12000iso the coco turned it into daylight!!!! Canon rumours has finally been able to get an accurate price for the soon to be released R3. rumours on twitter the other day of $11000 aud were false and happy to say it will be $6000 usd or $8200 aud about 3 grand cheaper then the Flagship 1DXm3. Also the sensor has been confirmed at 24mp which i think is ok but would of thought around he 30mp or 45mp range. remember this is not the flagship and that has always been a sports camera for journalists. the 1dx is only 20mp as they mostly use Jpeg and send direct to the papers and magazines direct. they don’t need high mp they need speed. My theory is that the R1 would be perfect platform for SPAD sensor 12mp to start with early next year. imagine 12mp 20000 fps and zero noise at 400000iso ! The perfect journalist camera. i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Motorola leak this week with a true wireless charging unit “space charging” showing the unit charging 4 phones at once. It will only do 5w at the moment but previous units had only been able to do 1 phone at a time. The tech is still very early but can def envision in 5 years being the norm at coffee shops, and such.

Nissan will unveil its new GTR on you tube for japan market only on 14/9 at 1330 eastern coast time . This could be the last time we see a petrol GTR with hybrid already being touted and possible full electric with the coming full redesign of they epic car legend. They won’t be cheap and im sure he collectors will be lining up to grab a piece of history.

Danner will release their new James Bond 007 boots on the 16/9 no prices as yet but I'm a huge fan of their gear. Don’t leave home without a pair on my feet. These all black beasts will be a nice conversation piece and hella comfortable!
