Ep. 7: How Our Vote is Personal with James Caraan

As Filipinos, voting is a way for us to show our dedication to ourselves, to each other, and to the country. With the elections inching closer, we're getting more and more heated discussions on who's the best candidate to vote. For this episode, we're joined by Gang Badoy Capati, a mental health clinician, former radio and televesion host, feature writer, businesswoman, and educator to talk about how we vote is connected to our parents. Gang is a decades-trained Mental Health Clinician and one of Hidilyn Diaz’s therapists accompanying and assisting our golden girl - from Rio to Tokyo ‘til today.

Shading Someone On Your Ballot, a voter's education podcast is a brought to you by LENTE and Podmachine, in partnership with Meta.
