Long time no listen! Welcome back fellow anarchists and people looking for something boring to listen to help them overcome their insomnia. After a year of Covid, babies, and unemployment the anomie podcast is back for season 3. This season will be different to those that came before it as it will have an overarching theme and narrative that will link each of the 7 episodes. We will be attempting to discuss the role of armed revolutionary groups in the furthering or failure of radical politics during the 20th and 21st centuries. We will investigate groups like Hamas, the Black Panthers, the PKK, the Tamil Tigers, the IRA and the Italian Red Brigades in the hopes of discovering whether armed revolution is ever warranted and if so when and how?
