Dear diary,
Today was a really interesting day. I met Mr. Hoot on my way to the library and he gave me some really good advice. He said that not all stories are the same and that it's up to us to choose what we consume and how it makes us feel. I realized that I had been watching too much negative media, which was making me feel sad and scared. So, I decided to start looking for positive stories instead.
At the library, I found a book about a brave bunny who saved his friends from a scary fox and a movie about a group of animals who worked together to save their forest from destruction. These stories made me feel happy and inspired, and I felt my spirits lift.
I also started a book club with my friends and suggested we read uplifting stories that make us feel good. We decided not to spread negative media that might hurt someone else's feelings. I hope we can make a difference by sharing positive stories with others and making the world a happier, more positive place.
I feel grateful for Mr. Hoot's wise words and the power of positive storytelling. I'm excited to continue seeking out positive media and sharing it with others.
Love, Rosie
