Sword - Vinland Saga #2

In the latest episode of this brand new podcast, hosts Che Lingo (rapper, musician, anime lover) and Bec Hill (comedian, writer, anime-curious) continue on their epic odyssey discussing the highs, lows and hijinks of historical anime Vinland Saga.

Che and Bec have fun saying 'Jomsvikings' and getting their tongues around Norse names, while trading fun facts about the Vikings, such as on what day they liked to bathe and what skills they possessed beyond raiding. You can also expect chat about sourdough, swords and which character gives a smiling menace vibe.

In the year 1002, the war between England and Denmark was intensifying. One day, the Jomsvikings pay a visit to Thorfinn’s village in order to bring back Thors, their former commander, to prepare for the impending battle. Thors is forced to join the war in order to protect the villagers from being taken hostage, and must face his accursed past in order to save his family and his village.

Vinland Saga season one is now streaming on Prime Video.
