Murkelino and Murkelini had slept well and now have enough energy to find new food.

They had learned to stay together and look out for each other because life is much safer that way. "I'm hungry", Murkelino said, taking Murkelini by the paw to go and find food. Carefully they crept ahead, looking around more often because they had to be able to find the way back to their nest quickly. There were so many dangers that you always had to watch out for.

Their nose brought them to a small stable with a lot of straw, in which it smelled particularly well of grains.
