Speaking from a Type A personality, planning has always kept me on track to reach my goals. But extreme planning has been a detriment to living a happier life. My need for things to go as planned and to control the outcome has become a root cause of my unhappiness. Letting life happen naturally, and giving myself the grace to live life without certainty has given me more joy and peace.
