You probably hear this a lot "You must first be ok alone and happy before you can be in a relationship with someone else." This episode is about my time alone - detached from the things I was depending on - in order to re-evaluate my life in a better perspective. Becoming my own best friend didn't happen after isolating for 2 weeks. It's a lifelong continuous process like all other relationships.
