I have been contemplating on whether I should share the events that happened in my life or not for a long time now. It took courage for me to speak about this topic specifically. This episode talks about my personal story of facing emotional abuse, rejecting my emotional health, feeling unworthy of deserving more love from life and how my therapy sessions helped me come out of narcissistic abuse that lasted for more than two years in my life. I have tried to explain what narcissism is, what is gaslighting, and the fact that emotional abuse can impact a person's physical, mental and spiritual health. This is however in no way providing a clinical diagnosis. This is just my personal story. I hope this helps spread awareness on what emotional abuse can feel like, and no matter what... always remember that Life Goes On...
