We are seeing a lot of spiritual leaders rise up lately and call bullsh*t on what we have been taught to believe being ‘spiritual’ is. Being spiritual is not ‘love and light’ all of the time. It’s deep and feeling and sometimes blissful and sometimes excruciating. Spirituality is acceptance – and that includes accepting if you can’t be accepting right now.
