David joined us to discuss his career and achievements in the world of TV and film. David has risen to be the editor of HBO and BBC's His Dark Materials, BBC's Dr Who, ITV's Vera and other TV shows such as The Bay, Shetland and Mr Selfridge. David has also been nominated for a Royal Television Society Award on two occasions. He grew up in Winlaton and attended Newcastle College & Northumbria University.
