Jacinta and Raphael bare the naked truth in this week's discussion of nudity. 

They look at a range of feelings involved with nudity, from shame to confidence and embarrassment to empowerment, and look at the contexts when it is and isn't ok to be naked and why that might be. And of course how nudity should very much be on the nude person's terms, you should never have to take your clothes off if you don't want to! 

Having got to a stage in their personal journeys where they're both extremely comfortable with being naked, Jacinta and Raphael thought a good film to watch this week would be Steve McQueen's 'Shame'. They have a lot of appreciation for the naked scenes, less for the long shots of Carey Mulligan singing an extremely boring song!
