Amsterdam Kitchen
Broadcast Amsterdam
26 episodes
Our Amsterdam Kitchen series covers local food stories, events, seasonal cooking ideas, local chefs, growing your own food, and more.

The show is broadcast live on BRAM RADIO from broadcastamsterdam.nl on a regular basis, with the usual spot being Saturday mornings from 10:00-12:00. Expect interviews with food entrepreneurs based in the Netherlands, Amsterdam cooks, local food new, restaurant, bar and café reviews and great music to go with your weekend brunchtime.

Get in touch if you have a local food story to share. Or a restaurant review perhaps?

The radio version (including all the music tracks) is available On Demand on our website pretty soon after the show (and in our Mixcloud feed). When we make a talk-only podcast edit of the show with no music, just the interview, the episodes take longer to produce so subscribe on most podcast platforms to keep up to date with new episodes.

The story of Amsterdam Tinto | Wiebe van den Ende interview
S02E03 | Wiebe van den Ende from Amsterdam Tinto joins the Amsterdam Kitchen radio show and podcast to tell their story. And it's quite some story! Wiebe has developed an amazing, low alcohol, high quality sparkling wine cocktail and there have been a few ups and downs on the way; legal battles, factory errors, and then the corona virus hit. But above all Wiebe shared his passion for making a beautiful drink and why he believes there's a gap in the market for this kind of beverage, in Amsterdam and beyond. (Broadcast live, 14 March 2020.)
